Shandong Jinhai Titanium Resources Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinhai Titanium”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Lubei Chemical Co., Ltd. It forms the titanium dioxide business sector of Lubei Chemical together with Shandong Xianghai Titanium Resources Technology Co., Ltd.

Jinhai Titanium has a titanium dioxide production line with an annual output exceeding 200,000 tons. Its main products include nano titanium dioxide, chemical fiber titanium dioxide, coating titanium dioxide, plastic titanium dioxide, and paper-making titanium dioxide. Waste materials such as waste sulfuric acid and titanium gypsum generated during the production process are utilized in the sulfuric acid and cement co-production plant using phosphogypsum of Sulfur and Phosphorus Technology Co., Ltd. This realizes resource utilization of waste, reduces production costs, and enhances the resource utilization rate of by-products. These practices align with China’s national policies promoting the circular economy, integrating economic, social, and environmental benefits, thus facilitating the development of Lubei Chemical’s circular economy and business synergy.
